Booking Fees

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure any appointment with LRTherapies. This fee is 20% of the total treatment cost and will be deducted from the final price of your treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge with at least 72 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the appointment fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend (no-show) will incur 100% of the appointment fee.

Clients who cancel online within the above timeframes will be automatically charged the applicable fee. If a cancellation is made via message or email and payment is not received at that time, the fee will be added to your next appointment.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Fees may be waived at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Mobile Appointment Policy

LRTherapies operates as a mobile service, meaning treatments are carried out at the client’s chosen location.

Clients must ensure there is adequate space available for the therapist to safely set up equipment and carry out the treatment. The treatment area should be clean, safe, and suitable for the service being provided.

If the therapist arrives and the environment is considered unsafe or unsuitable, the appointment may be cancelled and the full appointment fee may still apply.

Parking & Access

Clients must ensure reasonable parking is available close to the property. Any parking charges, permits, or access fees must be covered by the client unless agreed otherwise in advance.

If the therapist is unable to access the property or suitable parking is not available, the appointment may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.

Client Availability

Clients must be present and available at the scheduled appointment time. If the therapist arrives and cannot gain access to the property, this will be treated as a missed appointment and the full appointment fee will apply.

Health & Medical Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information prior to their appointment. Certain medical conditions may prevent or restrict some treatments.

LRTherapies reserves the right to decline or modify treatment if it is considered unsafe to proceed.

Results Disclaimer

Treatment outcomes can vary between individuals depending on personal health, lifestyle, and other factors. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that TMJ massage can involve deep, targeted techniques, and while care is always taken, some clients may experience mild tenderness or bruising following treatment.

Right to Refuse Treatment

LRTherapies reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client behaves in an inappropriate or disrespectful manner, or if the environment is considered unsafe.
